To cancel your subscription, you must follow these steps:

Final Billing

Monthly Subscriptions: You will be billed for the full 30-day notice period, regardless of when in your billing cycle you submit your cancellation request.Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, we will continue to provide service for the 30-day notice period. Any prepaid amounts beyond this period will be refunded on a prorated basis.

Access to Data

After the effective date of cancellation:

Your access to the service will be terminated. You will have 14 days to download any data you wish to retain. After 14 days, we reserve the right to delete all your data from our systems in order to protect any sensitive data it may contain.

Reactivation of Cancelled Accounts

If you wish to reactivate your account after cancellation, you may be subject to new terms, conditions, and pricing.

No Refunds

As per our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds for the unused portion of your subscription after the cancellation takes effect, except as specified for annual subscriptions.
